Governor McAuliffe Announces Administration Appointments


RICHMOND – Governor Terry McAuliffe announced additional appointments to his Administration today. The appointees will join McAuliffe’s Administration focused on finding common ground with members of both parties on issues that will build a new Virginia economy and create more jobs across the Commonwealth.

Office of the Governor

Ninette “Net” Linkous, Director of Constituent Services
Ninette “Net” Linkous has been appointed to the position of Director of Constituent Services. Net previously served as the Senior Special Assistant in Constituent Services. Prior to the McAuliffe administration, Net worked under four prior administrations, beginning with Governor Jim Gilmore’s administration. A native of Richmond, Net served in the Air National Guard and was honorably discharged before her state service.


Secretariat of Education

Nathalie Molliet-Ribet, Deputy Secretary
Nathalie Molliet-Ribet has been appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary of Education. Prior to joining the Administration, Nathalie served as Senior Associate Director of the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission (JLARC), where she worked for the past 13 years. Before entering state service, she held a variety of leadership positions in finance with General Electric over the course of eight years. Nathalie graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and received a Master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University. A native of France, Nathalie lives in Richmond's historic Church Hill neighborhood.
